Inheriting his culinary skills from generations of well-renowned cooks and inspired by his mother’s love for cooking, he’s traveled the culinary circuit, refining recipes and perfecting flavors. His must-try dish? Please Call Me Alquemie—a bold, spicy Cajun seafood creation straight from the heart.

With over a decade of bartending expertise and a knack for setting up top-notch bars all over Cebu, Pipes doesn’t just pour drinks—he tells stories through them. A musician at heart, his love for music and bartending go hand in hand. Whether it’s the rhythm of the shaker, the melody of clinking glasses, or the smooth harmony of flavors in a perfectly balanced cocktail, Pipes brings his own unique style to every creation.  When you meet him and order up, you can really feel his passion and soul all mixed into every drink he serves!

He instantly felt at home at Alquemie Bistro, welcomed like family by the owners and staff. That warmth extends to every guest he serves, making everyone feel like they belong. And if you're lucky, ask him about his signature cocktail, "Deep Charge."
